•        Label the instrument with your student's name and the words "Rental Return".

•         Remove all personal items from the case.

•         Contact Sweetman Music by phone to arrange a pick up.

•         Confirm your address, phone number, and student's school with a Sweetman Rep.

•         Return the instrument to the agreed upon location ie: director, school office, band room etc.

•         Sweetman Music will pick up the instrument at the next regularly scheduled visit.

The renter is ultimately responsible for the return of the instrument to Sweetman Music. If you are not comfortable leaving the instrument at the school, we suggest shipping the instrument to our location using UPS, USPS, or other insured carrier.
