Sweetman Music offers a number of services without charge to schools, music educators and music students:

Repair Estimates:  There is no charge or obligation to estimate the price of an instrument repair.  Simply bring your instrument to the store or ask your School Service Rep to bring the instrument in for evaluation.  We will call for your approval before any work is done.  If you decide not to have the repair done, we will simply return the instrument to you.

Mouthpiece Pulling:  Before you grab the vice grips, remember that we do not charge to pull a stuck mouthpiece.  Either bring the instrument to the store or ask your school service rep to pull the mouthpiece.

Mouthpiece Sterilization:  Sweetman Music will clean and sterilize your mouthpiece without charge when your instrument is in our shop for repair.

Quotations:  There is no charge or obligation for preparing quotations for instruments for individuals and schools.  Simply contact Sweetman Music or ask your school service rep.

Consultation:  Sweetman Music has music educators and instrument experts available to help improve your band or orchestra program.  We can evaluate your current percussion equipment and suggest improvements and additions.  These services are available with no cost or obligation.
