Sweetman Music has ceased retail operations, but will continue in business to handle all payment, return, repair and exchange issues.

 Any return, repair or exchange of your instrument, will need to be sent to Sweetman Music, 711 North Columbus Street, Lancaster, Ohio, 43130.  Sweetman Music will provide for the shipping both to and from your residence via United Parcel Service.  Please contact Sweetman Music (800) 441-3755 for our shipper number.

 Any insurance claim for loss of your instrument will be handled according to your rental agreement.  Once Sweetman Music is provided with a timely police report a replacement instrument will be sent to you.

 All payments should be remitted as per your coupon book outlined in your rental agreement.
